As business operations move across national and cultural boundaries, many issues can arise. Excluding the United States and Mexico (because we are most familiar with those markets), select a nation to analyze specific marketing-related issues encountered there by foreign firms. Lastly, present a managerial remedy to issues encountered (2-3 sentences only).
Use class-related terms, concepts, and theories to move your post from a summary to an analysis. Do not reiterate specific company, culture, and/or nation examples already presented in the textbook. Include at least one news article from a quality resource detailing a firm’s experience entering that foreign market or a culturally similar market.
Module topics: cultural impacts on management style and business ethics, relationship-oriented and information-oriented cultures, nation’s sovereignty influence over its government policies, governmental types, political parties, nationalism, trade disputes, political risks, FDI protection, political & social activists, violence, terrorism, different legal systems, methods to resolve legal disputes, intellectual property rights protection, cyberlaw, U.S. laws applied to U.S. companies operating outside the U.S., etc.
TIP: Build your post as you read the chapters, so it addresses all aspects of the analysis question. Budget 4-5 hours to develop this analysis response.

As explained in your first class, each group needs to submit a 1–2-page executive summary of all cases studied before the start of class when the case is due. (Not more than two pages)
The Executive summary should include:
Business Problem studied

Results
Business Implications
I will assign the following points for each executive summary:
0 points for no submission or incomplete submission
1 point for complete submission but average analysis
2 points for complete submission and above-average analysis
Only the top 5 executive summaries earning the best grades are considered for grading.
A maximum of 2 X 5 = 10 points can be earned by each group (10% of the grade).

Ensure there are headers in the report to assist with the understanding of the topics being discussed.

The next step in your idea development is to prepare the logistical or tactical plan for distribution of your product/service. How will your business produce, store, deliver, and track what it sells? This can serve as a structural guide to the start and finish process to get the product/service to market. This information will be viewed by potential venture capitalists or bankers in order to provide capital for the business.

The technical plan should include:
List of the materials and supplies needed to provide your product/service.
1)From where will these be sourced?
2)Purchased or manufactured?
3)Estimated labor needed? (How many man hours or staffing)?
4)What are the logistics in terms of transportation and shipping? 
5)What are the marketing requirements?
6)Business location?
7)Technology requirements needed?
8)How long before you can start selling?
9)Executive summary – accounting of the capital estimate needed to get your business off the ground, including technology, materials, labor costs, and transportation and shipping costs in a clear, terse fashion.
